Hardwood stairs
Hardwood stairs in Hendersonville, NC
New treads and risers, or the old ones sanded and finished to match the floor. It’s the first thing guests see.
How we work
Where flooring work gets fussy.
Every tread is cut to fit, nosings have to line up, and the finish has to match the floor at the top and the bottom. We do stairs as part of a floor job or on their own.
Carpet-to-oak conversions are the most common request: new oak treads, painted or stained risers, and a railing refinished to match.
What’s included
- Carpet-to-hardwood conversions with new oak treads and risers.
- Existing treads, landings and railings refinished to match new or refinished floors.
- Prefinished or site-finished.
- Open-tread, bullnose and landing details.
- Every other tread left walkable overnight on refinish jobs.
