How we work
The floor for wet boots, dogs and basements.
LVP handles what solid hardwood can’t: kitchens, baths, mudrooms and mountain basements that are damp even when they look dry. The product is only half of it; a plank floor is only as good as the subfloor prep and the layout underneath it.
Rigid-core LVP over a slab with a vapor barrier handles the moisture, and if a dehumidifier fails the floor is fine. The basement in the photos went from painted concrete to a finished floor.

Before you call.
Is LVP really waterproof?
The planks are. The subfloor underneath isn’t, which is why we test moisture and install a vapor barrier over slabs.
LVP or laminate?
LVP anywhere water is possible. Laminate for dry bedrooms and offices where you want the budget to stretch.
Can you install over existing tile?
Often, if the tile is sound and flat. We fill grout lines so they don’t show through.
