This policy explains what information Floorcraft LLC (“Floorcraft,” “we,” “us”), a hardwood flooring and tile contractor based in Hendersonville, North Carolina, collects through this website and when you contact us, and how we use and protect it. This website has no accounts, sign-ups or online payments.
Information you give us
You can reach us by phone, text, email or the estimate request form on this site. Through any of these we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, town or property address, project details and photos. We use this to schedule your estimate, prepare a quote, do the work, bill you and follow up afterward.
The estimate request form is delivered to our email inbox by a form-forwarding service, FormSubmit. It passes your message to us, and its own privacy policy covers how it handles that message in transit.
We never ask for your Social Security number, and we do not ask for bank account or card numbers over the phone, by text, by email or through this website.
Information collected automatically
This website is delivered by our hosting provider, Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
The site’s fonts are stored on our own website, so loading a page does not connect you to Google or any other font service.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and taps on our phone number, so we can see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, and it reports visits in aggregate without identifying you. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking.
How we use information
- To respond to your call, text, email or form and schedule an in-home estimate.
- To prepare quotes, order materials, complete projects, invoice and accept payment.
- To keep records required for tax, insurance and legal purposes.
- To keep this website running and secure.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, our phone carrier, email provider, form-forwarding service, website host, material suppliers and accounting software), only as needed for them to do that work, or when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
Text messages
If we text you about your project, those messages are only about your estimate or job. We do not send marketing texts. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the personal information we keep, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you. If a security breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the North Carolina Identity Theft Protection Act (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-60 et seq.), South Carolina law (S.C. Code § 39-1-90) for South Carolina customers, and any other applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to serve you, stand behind our work, and meet our tax, insurance and legal obligations. Our host keeps technical logs for a limited period under its own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for making a request. We honor these requests for everyone, whichever state you live in.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
This website does not track visitors across other websites or build profiles of them. Our visit counts are anonymous and aggregated, so “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site works.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, such as Thumbtack and Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging flooring services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
